What Attendees Have to Say
This is most incredible course I have taken since graduation. This is filling so many of the gaps as to how you can really enjoy your practice and instead of having exertion, having equal flow with your clients and truly embrace their greatness, I strongly encourage you to come to this training. I know you will be absolutely thrilled with the results.
As a student of nutrition, what I have found most helpful is actually knowing where to start. I was so stuck as to knowing how I was going to communicate with my client, how am I going to run a session and how am I going to get all this information across to a client. And I am realizing I only need to give them the information they need at that time and I do not need to spit out all that I have learned in two years, and just need to do it piece by piece. It has been an amazing 2 days.
As I am personal trainer and a holistic nutritionist as well as a professional coach and as somebody who has been through an18 month coaching program, I have always wondered why the nutrition profession does not have this element in it and in my opinion this training is the most practical application for learning and for positive change. If you want to develop change this is the level you need to be at.
